How It Works

Fill out the form in STEP 1 completely and provide as much detail as possible on how you wish your portrait to look. Submit the form and I will contact you to let you know I received it. Submitting the form will take you to STEP 2, where I require 50% of the cost up front before I begin to work.

I will then begin sketches for your commissioned piece. I will be able to show you the sketches via email and changes can be made at this time until the sketches are completed to your satisfaction* .

Upon viewing sketches and your verbal approval, l begin the completion process and no more changes to design can be made**. The rest of the payment is expected before your art is shipped to you***. To submit your final payment, return to this page and continue to STEP 3. NOTE: I retain the right to refuse a commission offer for any reason. I retain all copyright to the artwork and reserve the rights to sell prints of it unless it is a custom portrait. Then, it is up to you whether or not to allow prints to be sold. If you wish to obtain commercial rights to the art for a logo or other purposes; please email me as the costs will be higher.

*If satisfactory sketches can not be produced, the agreement comes to an end at this point and your money is refunded, less a $10 kill fee to cover my time already invested.

**No money is refundable beyond this point.

***Payments are accepted via PaPal. Shipping and insurance are an additional price that is not included in listed prices.
