Art Usage Requirements

Do NOT Use Kelly's Art for the Following:

Tubes,stationary, logos, banners, tags, websets, avatars or anything else that greatly alters the image.

Our Art CAN Be Used For:

Non-Profit Use:

1) Supply a written credit to Kelly as the artist on each page that an image is used... Artwork © Kelly Smith.

2) Provide a clickable link below the name credit to Kelly that directly links to us at: www.moonglowhaven.com (Note! A link on your separate links page only is not sufficient). Although a text link back to us is fine, please feel free to help yourself to our free linking banners here: Link To Us.

3) The images must not be distorted or severely cropped. A slight bit of change is okay, for example, feathering the edges, etc. Please respect Kelly's art and try to show it as she originally intended it to look.

4) Do NOT link directly to the image. Please, download the image to your harddrive, and then upload to your server.

For use as a permanent tattoo:

We do allow you to have our images tattooed on your skin permanently. However, we ask that:

1) You purchase a print of the image you plan to have done. This lets you own a print of the image you like well enough to make a permanent part of your body, and lets Kelly be compensated for the image that she rightfully owns and has been kind enough to let you use. This also provides the tattoo artist with a quality image to create your tattoo from.

2) You must tell the tattoo artist to destroy or discard the design when finished. We do not want them to begin selling Kelly's designs.

If you do get a tattoo of one of Kelly's images; send us a picture! We would love to display it on our site!
